Symphonie is crashing/doesn't work.

Does Symphonie have <feature>?

Probably, though there are some features Symphonie does not have and may never have. See the manual for a list.

Does it work exactly like Melodie?

Symphonie was built to imitate Melodie, and so contains most of Melodie's features and UI idiosyncrasies.

However, it's inevitable that differences will exist. Symphonie can't do everything exactly the way Melodie does.

The manual has a list of things to keep in mind when making the switch.

Will it work on Linux?

Yes, mostly. Symphonie is developed on Linux, but isn't properly tested and lacks polished as none of Symphonie's intended users are on Linux.

If you prefer this version, contact us and a tarball will be provided.

What data is collected?

Symphonie collects data for crash-reporting and usage statistics. No personal information is collected, and no data (personal or otherwise) is sold or transmitted to third parties.

If content is downloaded through the app, Symphonie will phone home to request the content and download it to your device.
